The Executive Committee currently functions as DMSCA’s Board of Directors. The Executive Committee consists of all Founding Corporate Members and current Executive Corporate Members.
Duties of the Executive Committee• Abide by the By-Laws of DMSCA
• Collaborate with DMSCA Management on planning, marketing, and management activities
• Continuously monitor DMSCA developments to ensure the Committee attends to the emerging needs
• Collectively serve as an oversight body to DMSCA to ensure that appropriate, effective methods are established and followed in the operation and implementation of DMSA and its objectives
• Provide operations and policy direction to DMSCA Management, Corporate Membership, and the On-Line Community of DMSCA
• Provide leadership to ensure the best judgment is used concerning DMSCA’s strategic planning and the implementation of the goals of DMSCA
• Ensure effective two-way communication between the DMSCA Executive Committee, other DMSCA Committees, and all DMSCA Corporate Members
• Ensure effective two-way communication between DMSCA and DMSCA Partners
• Ensure effective two-way communication between DMSCA and other agencies and organizations as appropriate
• Seek to ensure effective shared leadership between and among the DMSCA Executive Committee, Suppliers in the Corporate Mentoring, Corporate Members and other executive leadership affiliated with DMSCA
